Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic stainless chromium steel with optimized chemical treatment for professional high-quality knife applications that place very high demands on edge sharpness, edge stability, and corrosion resistance. For this knife, the 14C28N is extensively processed by RUIKE using quenching and sub-zero treatment, which results in an ideal hardness of 58~60 HRC.

G10 Handle
