Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic stainless chromium steel, with optimized chemistry for
professional high-quality knife applications, which place very high demands on sharpness,
edge stability and corrosion resistance.
Regarding this knife, the 14C28N is extensively processed by RUIKE using a quenching
and cryogenic treatment, which provides an ideal hardness of 58 to 60 HRC.
